Clifford Suljak

Cliff is a phenomenal manager, consultant and entrepreneur experienced in both corporate culture and small business start-ups. He is President of CDMT Enterprises, Inc. dba Interstate Assessment Technologies, which he founded in 1977. A former Manager of the Materials and Quality Services Division of the Corporate Engineering Department of Salt River Project (SRP Municipal Utility) and an integral Team Member of S3Energy Group, LLC.

Whether he’s establishing a company from the ground-up, acquiring an existing company in need of transformation, serving as an expert advisor or manager in a large global organization, or being asked for his expert scientific advice on a product innovation, Cliff Suljak is widely regarded as a gifted business builder. Put another way…he simply thinks differently than most business people. Cliff has founded several companies including a major holding company Interstate Assessment Technologies, which he founded in 1977.

He was also the creator and thereafter, Manager of the Materials and Quality Services Division for the Corporate Engineering Department of Arizona’s Salt River Project, a major southwest US utility company. There he was responsible for bringing engineering innovations to numerous projects, some in excess of $600 million. Many of these innovations were later adopted by other utility companies.

For example, a comprehensive Equipment Quality & Reliability Program was developed and implemented also under his direction utilizing predictive analysis and multi- discipline state of art diagnostic monitoring techniques.

This interest in advanced research an analytics has been a life-long obsession. Cliff has directed extensive research and development activities in materials engineering, finite element analysis, construction material conformance testing, quality control systems, failure analysis, energy system evaluations as well as new product acceptance testing and evaluation.

As an expert consultant Cliff’s work is widely acclaimed. He has a laser-like focus on the task at hand, resulting in problem solving with results that are timely and economic – and most importantly – exceed the customer’s expectations. This focus has enabled the successful development of several innovative products for use by the business and construction sectors including the Petrochemical Industry.

Proof of his considerable acumen includes being awarded an exclusive, multi-year, sole source management and engineering consulting contract by globally respected Sandia National Laboratories (DOE / DOD facilities) related to structural integrity for buildings and associated mechanical systems. His role was to ensure conformance to the strict“National Standards” for manufactured products and construction quality. Key achievements included the development and implementation of fabrication / construction vendor surveillance programs for large industrial construction projects and electric generating stations.

The past decade, for Cliff, has been focused on energy related products and systemsintegration to achieve effective and practical energy reductions in various commercial facilities. The use of proprietary thermal energy products employing Green Technologies has been the major driver in the achievement of energy efficiency and environmental consciousness in these programs and projects.

Within that focus is Cliff’s role as a Director of GlobalVest Corporation. GlobalVest operates as a full service consultancy to a variety of companies, many in the oil and energy sector including American Energy Associates, Blackstone Oil and Gas andSouth Coast Oil Corporation. The fact that GlobalVest’s revenue was solely based on performance attests to the operation and financial skills brought to bear by Cliff and his team.

Most currently Cliff is a co-founder of Verdant Technologies, LLC a unique Arizona company totally focused on bringing innovative and green energy concepts to the marketplace based upon Quantum sciences. As well, he is CTO of Thermal Energy Systems LLC, a company with a proprietary “waste to energy” system that is rapidlygaining attention throughout the world as countries and companies wrestle with the universal waste management crises.
